Thank you so much for your informative post!! I've been racking my brain for a desk solution to go over my treadmill to no avail. This is brilliant!

Re: DIY Treadmill Desk – Under $50 – No Tools Required!

You have the same treadmill I have, and the sloping "arms" worried me. I love your solution! Going to get this table today after work. I wonder if the legs would be sturdier if you put a cross-bar between the legs on the narrow ends by splitting the length of PVC pipe in two (minus a little for adjustment) and added a 3-way coupler and a short cross-bar to fit between the two legs. I'll see how it is with the long single-piece legs and adjust if needed. Thanks so much for the idea and photos!

Re: Creating Custom JQueryUI Buttons for a Toolbar

Good job! Went out over the weekend and purchased everything. And now I am walking 3-4 miles per day while taking care of business on my computer. Hubby mounted my monitor to the wall in front of the treadmill, for stability and more room. I can't thank you enough for posting this. I also own an iPad 3 with a Zero Chroma Vario SC case. I'd like to add a bluetooth keyboard to my setup, and I'm learning towards the Logitech Ultrathin keyboard.

But I'm not certain from your review and others whether the Logitech keyboard will clamshell with the Zero Chroma case with a good connection. Do the keyboard magnets connect to the iPad's case even with the Zero Chroma case on it? Is it solid enough to tote around?

I'm not worried about slipping the encased iPad into the groove on the keyboard and using the keyboard as a stand. I plan to use the Zero Chroma case to stand up the iPad while I type.

I'd appreciate your answer, as I plan to buy online without checking the combination in person.
Thanks in advance.
JC

Re: Review: Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover for iPad2 and New iPad

Dower - thanks for the detailed review. I have a Zerochroma Vario SC case for my iPad 3 - and I love it. However, I'd like to add a real keyboard to my setup, and the Logitech Ultrathin keyboard is my top choice. However, I wasn't certain from your review (and others) if the Zerochroma Vario SC case and the Logitech Ultrathin keyboard mate well. Do the Logitech keyboard's magnets connect to the iPad and the case strong enough to hold all three items together?
If the Zerochroma case doesn't work, can you recommend a thinner shell that might do the trick?
Thanks

Re: It’s Official, Apple Announces the iPhone 5

Using my ATT7 iPhone 5 now! ;-)

Re: It’s Official, Apple Announces the iPhone 5

Dower, I generally agree with all of that. I'm an admitted Apple/iPhone fanboy. It does seem like Apple has slipped a bit with respect to the huge phone lead they once had. I guess the market is maturing and many of the others have caught up. Though I still think the Apple eco-system and overall polish of iOS are better than the others. I have a 4S now and might grab the upgrade. I have been yearning for a larger screen.

In a way, this 5 is largely what most of us were hoping for when the 4S was announced.

Re: Review: Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover for iPad2 and New iPad

Hey Shay, Thanks for the comment! Yeah, that case you linked to looks like it'll probably do the trick. I have similar ones, a Speck, Enki, and Belkin. All do the trick. Currently I use a Vario case/stand case, which I reviewed here: http://bit.ly/IO3iMO. Essentially, if the case allows for a smartcover then you should be ok.

Re: Review: Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover for iPad2 and New iPad

Your review is what made me buy this keyboard.
